Regret is a common theme when a relationship ends. Maybe you regret something you said when you were angry or upset. Maybe you regret something you did when you weren't totally comfortable with it. We have to learn to be honest to avoid this in our future dating lives. We should be honest with ourselves and honest with others.

BOTTOM LINE

You owe it to yourself to be honest with yourself.
